Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship the next business day. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50, pre-tax and after discounts. Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 3-8 business days. We do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Any other fulfillment interruptions will be announced on our website and social media platforms. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. 

Our shipping transit times are not guaranteed. The delivery dates are estimates and are subject to change without your approval due to uncontrollable circumstances. Circumstances may include: natural disaster, inclement weather, service interruptions, high-volume periods, etc. All shipping fees – if charged - are non-refundable.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, hyaena.co cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, high-volume periods, etc. Hyaena.co currently ships to all 50 states.
