Returns
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our clothing and limited inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Please review all product details, size guides, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about fit, sizing, or materials, contact us at hyaenaco@gmail.com before purchasing. We’re happy to help.
Exceptions are made only for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error
If your order falls into one of these categories, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) in question. We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our discretion.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return Policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, all sales are final and cancellations or refunds will no longer be accepted.
Order Modification
We work quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, we can accommodate order modifications if we are notified within 72 hours of purchase and before the item has shipped.
This includes:
- Billing and shipping address changes
- Order modifications (changing sizes, colors, quantities)
- Shipping method changes
